We want you to be confident and satisfied with your purchase. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer returns and refunds under the guidelines below. Please read this policy carefully before submitting a return request.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns for items that meet the following conditions:
- Return request submitted within 30 days after delivery.
- Item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- All included accessories, manuals, and components must be returned.
Items that show signs of use, wear, damage, or missing parts may not qualify for a refund.
Return Shipping Cost
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise specified due to a product defect or order error on our part.
No Exchanges
We currently do not support product exchanges. If you wish to obtain a different item, you may return the original product for a refund (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within:
- 2 business days after approval
No restocking fees are charged on returned items.
Return Address & Important Notice
Returns must not be shipped to our registered company address. A dedicated return-handling address will be provided upon request. Do not mail products without contacting us — unauthorized returns may be denied or lost without eligibility for refund.
